Fine and Fit Boot Camps takes place Monday through Thursday and also on Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Warriors) over a four week period, for an hour a day, in the morning and early evening. We offer 4, 12 or 16 session packages for our weekday training, and 4 or 8 session packages for our Weekend Warrior Boot Camp. You will be guided through your workout by our Lifestyle Transformation Coaches, and workouts typically include short distance running, skipping, ab exercises, core training, resistance bands training, free weights, and calisthenics training. From fitness enthusiasts to beginners, we have a program to fit your level.


Fine and Fit Boot Camp is a fun and invigorating indoor/outdoor exercise program for men and women of all fitness levels. By no means is this your traditional boot camp – we are a fun, unique, and effective fitness boot camp that helps individuals achieve long term success while providing them with great support and dedication they need to be successful.
