Small Group Training

Small group training is a fantastic alternative to private personal training. Fine and Fit Physiques Unlimited small group training sessions offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a much-reduced cost of the private/semi-private rate. The added motivation of having others working out with you pushes you to a new effort level. Small group personal training sessions are 60 minutes in length. Each workout will be full body strength and cardio. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, experience and expert guidance to reach your fitness goals at an economical rate. Small group training is in groups of 3 to 4 and once we are familiar with a client’s fitness level, we can make suggestions of other clients that may be compatible for a small group. We also encourage clients to create their own small groups with family, friends or coworkers.
